As our organization continues to expand across the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our global talent acquisition function and build high-performing recruitment operations that support our ambitious growth.
As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping our hiring strategy across multiple regions. You will lead a team of recruiters, partner closely with executive leadership, and ensure we attract, hire, and retain top talent while continuously improving recruitment processes, analytics, and employer branding.

Recruitment Leadership & Strategy
Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team supporting hiring across the U.Partner with executive leadership to develop workforce plans, hiring forecasts, and recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent acquisition strategy, organizational growth, and succession planning.
Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance hiring quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Operations
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for professional, technical, operational, and leadership positions.
Ensure consistent execution of sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
Maintain compliance with internal policies and regional employment practices.
Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence in competitive talent markets.
