Amentum is seeking aProperty Administratorto support a unique US Navy program on the island of Diego Garcia. The Property Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining records, inventory, and documentation for government and contractor owned property. This position ensures accurate accountability, tracking, transfer, storage, and disposition of property in accordance with regulations, company policies, and government requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation for government and contractor owned property.




- Conduct inventories and control processes to ensure properly property accountability.
- Coordinate the receipt, issuance, transfer, storage, and disposition of property in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain comprehensive properly databases and ensure records are accurate and updated in a timely manner.
- Conduct physical inventories and inspections to verify property accountability and compliance.
- Develop and implement procedures for the proper labeling, tracking, storage, and control of property.
- Prepare reports regarding property status, discrepancies, losses, damages, or changes in accountability.
- Monitor and enforce applicable property management regulations and standards, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement.
