This role combines strong project management expertise with client-facing leadership and relationship management. Acts as a production partner, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery teams while building trust, maintaining quality standards, and enabling predictable execution across integrated onshore and nearshore workstreams.
The Senior Producer will serve as the primary Mexico-based website production lead supporting a high-profile automotive client. This is a hybrid role combining:
Creative Project Management
Cross-functional project management




On the requirements overview and explanation and QA side of project delivery.
Build and rebuild trusted relationships with brand and marketing team.
Work directly with clients, on client ́s office.
Confidently present production plans and timelines, and status reports to senior stakeholders.
Previous experience on multiple digital channels.
Ensure alignment between project management, creative content authoring and QA.
Maintain quality standards and delivery predictability.
Anticipate risks and remove obstacles threatening timeline, scope, or quality.
Help drive prioritization across multiple sprints and projects.
Language - Advanced English (C1 or higher) - Spanish (native or fluent –required)
