Pre-Litigation Demand Strategist

As a Pre-Litigation Demand Strategist, you will play one of the most strategic roles within our Pre-Litigation department. Rather than simply preparing demand packages, you will evaluate each case, analyze medical and legal evidence, develop settlement strategies, and help maximize case value before negotiations begin.
You will work closely with our Demand Writing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and quality oversight while also serving as a trusted resource for clients throughout the pre-litigation process.



This role requires someone who combines strong analytical skills with deep personal injury knowledge and the ability to communicate complex legal strategies clearly and confidently.
Analyze medical records, treatment history, imaging reports, billing records, and supporting documentation.
Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to develop effective case strategies.
Partner with the Demand Writing team to develop persuasive, well-supported demand packages.
Provide strategic guidance and legal direction for demand letters and supporting documentation.
Mentor and coach Demand Writers to strengthen their analytical thinking, medical-legal understanding, and case evaluation skills.
Conduct quality reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve department performance.
Build trust by communicating complex legal and medical concepts in a clear and compassionate manner.
