ADP is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Ciudad de Mexico office. You'll create, roll out, and execute complex recruiting projects to deliver meaningful results for Latin America region.

Bilingual, English & Spanish. Portuguese is a plus
~5 years +/- Full Cycle Recruitment Experience or other relevant experience in HR.
~ A top-notch track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, managing large or complex vacancy volumes, and executing projects with excellence.




~ Interest in working on employer branding.
~ Knowledge of local employment law (Mexico).
~ Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results.
