Operations Program Manager, Global Manufacturing and Operations Engineering
The Operations Program Manager will work within the Integral Manufacturing and Operations Engineering group for manufacturing operations in North America region. The OPM will engage and work cross functionally across Engineering, Product Management, and Operations functions. The OPM will balance a mix of strategic, programmatic, and operational responsibilities to optimize new product cost, quality, and time to market. The individual will have experience in New Product Introduction and manufacturing operations in an Operations/Manufacturing role pertaining to Consumer Electronics (or similar) and have proven communications skills and ability to influence.
Drive product development across internal teams and external development/manufacturing partners as the Single Threaded Owner for Operations.
Develop manufacturing and supply chain strategies to meet product requirements.




Support product concept development as Operations lead.
Execute development builds by overseeing technical issue resolution and production schedule on site at manufacturing location.
Coordinate information flow across teams in support of manufacturing/operations.
Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or equivalent
~5+ years of program or project management experience, or a PMP and 5+ years of supply chain experience
~ Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities
Experience in data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent
