The Tax Manager – LATAM & APAC is responsible for managing regional income tax provision, tax compliance, reporting processes, and tax-related projects across multiple jurisdictions. This role supports adherence to regulatory requirements, SOX controls, and internal policies while ensuring accurate tax reporting and effective risk management.
The position partners with regional and global stakeholders provide technical tax guidance, support business initiatives, coordinate compliance activities, and contribute to the execution of the Company's tax strategy across LATAM and APAC.
Prepare and/or review quarterly and annual income tax provision calculations (ASC 740 / local GAAP).
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of tax accounting and reporting.
Maintain and enhance tax provision models and reporting tools.
Identify and escape tax risks and support the implementation of mitigation actions.
Support the analysis and documentation of uncertain tax positions (FIN 48).




Maintain compliance with SOX requirements and support internal control activities.
Coordinate corporate income tax compliance activities across LATAM and APAC jurisdictions.
Assist in the standardization and improvement of tax compliance processes.
Support the management of cross-border tax matters and transfer pricing compliance.
Monitor intercompany transactions to ensure consistency with global transfer pricing policies.
Assist with transfer pricing documentation and local file requirements.
Support international tax projects, including BEPS and Pillar Two compliance initiatives.
Collaborate with regional and general tax teams on cross-border tax matters.
Support tax audits and information requests from tax authorities.
Coordinate with external advisors on tax compliance and controversy matters.
