- Role Summary:
The R&D; Analytical Laboratory Analyst is responsible for supporting innovation and business growth by executing high-quality physicochemical testing, optimizing analytical methods, and managing the logistics of the regional Stability/Aging program. This position operates in a dynamic,



fast-paced environment balancing 70% laboratory hands-on testing with 30% administrative support. A primary challenge of this role is multitasking and priority management: handling large volumes of incoming stability samples, categorizing them by testing conditions, and ensuring highly accurate analysis within strict, standardized timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Physicochemical Testing & Analysis: Conduct routine physical and chemical testing (e.g., pH measurements, analytical assays, titrations) on raw materials, experimental formulas, and finished stability samples.
- Stability Program Logistics: Coordinate the end-to-end day-to-day logistics of the Stability/Aging program, including sample reception, registration, storage condition placement, physical tracking, and control of retained samples.
- Method Optimization & Transfer: Support the development, adaptation, and optimization of global analytical methodologies, ensuring smooth technology and method transfers
