Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
- OR
- Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high motivation,



the ability to learn quickly and must be a self-starter.
- 2+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Python, etc.
- Experience with embedded systems - exposure to one or more of Linux, Yocto, Ubuntu based systems.
- Proficiency in deep learning and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, TFLite, PyTorch, Onnx and deployment ‑ oriented inference workflows.
- 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with device debugging techniques.
- 4 + years of e xperience delivering customer ‑ facing IoT or Edge AI solutions that moved beyond PoC to pilot or production.
- Ability to speak fluent Spanish and Englis h
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, written). 4 + years of e xperience

Preferred Qualifications
- E xpertise in AI Solution and on-device AI technologies.
- Experience with software engineering foundations (Python/C++), containerization, AI acc
