About the Application Process:
The Assistant Director of Revenue and Reservations supports the Director of Revenue Management (DRM)



in executing the hotel's Commercial Strategy and provides direct oversight to the Reservations Team. This role assists in implementing tactical efforts, analyzing data, and contributing to strategies aimed at promoting revenue growth generation across key customer segments and revenue centers, while supporting the hotel's brand positioning and image. The Assistant Director of Revenue and Reservations is responsible for data quality and analysis, gathering intelligence, and supporting the DRM in recommending revenue and e-commerce strategies to the Commercial Strategy team, as well as other corporate and ownership entities. Additionally, the role assists in ensuring that inventory allocation and pricing parameters are positioned to support the overall revenue goals of the hotel, contributing to maximizing profit.
