You will drive a culture of quality ownership, mentor technicians and inspectors, and ensure compliance with IATF ***** and ISO **** standards.
You will coordinate corrective actions, perform root-cause analyses and support new product launches with APQP/PPAP processes, while partnering with Production and Engineering to reduce defects and improve process capability.
