Job Summary As a Business Operations Associate, you will be a key player in our Business Operations team , focusing on the efficient execution of inventory acquisition and fulfillment processes .
You will coordinate with remote teams, acquire inventory, manage order processing, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.

Key Responsibilities Inventory Management ● Leverage proprietary technology and strategies to purchase inventory in real-time with precision ● Perform routine checks to verify accuracy, condition,



and categorization of acquired inventory ● Ensure prompt processing and cataloging of inventory to meet tight operational deadlines Order Fulfillment ● Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment from receiving acquisition tickets to ensuring accurate and timely delivery ● Coordinate with remote teams and external partners to resolve fulfillment issues and maintain smooth operations ● Utilize inventory management tools and software to streamline fulfillment processes and maintain data accuracy Process Optimization ● Identify inefficiencies or friction points within the fulfillment workflow ● Suggest improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, or scalability ● Collaborate with operations team to test and implement approved changes ● Execute company goals, track KPIs, and refine strategies for continuous improvement Required Qualifications Education
