General Summary:
W e are seeking a seasoned professional to support large-scale hardware engineering environments, enabling efficient, reliable, and scalable source code and design data management systems. This role focuses on supporting hardware engineering front-end and back-end teams, including RTL, verification, and physical design, across modern and legacy SCM platforms (ClearCase, DesignSync, IC Manage, VersIC, Perforce & GitHub).

Key Qualifications:
- SCMAdmin Experience: Experience managing SCM systems in a large enterprise environment.
- Direct experience managing ClearCase, DesignSync, IC Manage or VersIC is a plus
- DevOps Approach: Strong DevOps mindset, focusing on creating reliable, scalable, and innovative solutions.
- EDA Workflow: Experience integrating SCM systems with EDA tools used in front-end and back-end flows. Understanding of engineering release processes & design handoffs.
- CI/CD and Automation:



Proficient with Jenkins for CI/CD, automation, and orchestration.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify root cause analysis in highly complex EDA environments.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management and engineering teams.
- Custom Development/Scripting: Experience with Python, Shell, Perl or other languages and frameworks.
- Infrastructure/Network Management: Familiarity with infrastructure, network, containers and configuration management systems.
- Systems Administration: Experience with Linux administration.
- Log Analysis/Monitoring: Proficient with tools like Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, etc to i mplement monitoring solutions to ensure system reliability and performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
