Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for connecting with people and sharing the Riviera Maya lifestyle?

Plalla Real Estate is looking for two proactive and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our team. In this role, you will represent buyers and sellers across the Riviera Maya, guiding clients through acquiring their dream vacation home or high-return investment, and helping owners successfully market and sell their properties.

If you don’t have a background in real estate, you must have proven experience in sales, customer service, call centers, or other international client-facing roles where communication, negotiation, and closing skills are second nature. We provide full 1-on-1 training and ongoing support to set you up for success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Buyer Representation: Guide national and international buyers step-by-step to buy their adecuado vacation home or investment property.
• Property Listings: Connect with property owners to qualify, list, market, and sell residential properties.
• Property Tours: Host engaging property viewings showcasing the best of the Riviera Maya.
• Pipeline Management: Keep client records, follow-ups, and sales stages updated in our CRM.
• Brand Presence: Collaborate with our marketing team on property video tours and social media content.
