Production Manager Location: Querétaro MX Department: Manufacturing Reports to: Managing/Technical Director – Auto-Motion Shade Canada Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead the day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Mexico facility.
This role will be responsible for ensuring production activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to established production schedules, work orders, engineering documentation, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and quality standards.
The Production Manager will lead the production team, optimize the use of labor and equipment, monitor manufacturing performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The position will work closely with Quality, Engineering, Operations,



and Planning teams in Canada to ensure production objectives are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities Production Operations Execute daily and weekly production schedules.
Ensure production orders are completed on time and meet customer delivery requirements.
Coordinate production priorities based on work orders and business requirements.
Monitor production output, productivity, and efficiency.
Identify and resolve issues that may impact production performance or delivery.
Ensure compliance with work instructions, engineering drawings, BOMs, SOPs, and established manufacturing processes.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
