Logistics Manager Position Summary The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehousing, inventory control, import/export activities, transportation coordination, and international logistics operations for the company's Distribution Center (DC).
This role ensures inventory accuracy, on-time customer deliveries, efficient warehouse operations, and compliance with customs and international trade regulations.
The position manages approximately USD $3 million in inventory across two warehouse locations in Mexico and supports annual sales of USD $6-8 million.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree completed (preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or related field).
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish,



written and verbal).
Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and international trade operations.
Strong knowledge of customs processes and coordination with customs brokers.
Experience managing domestic and international transportation (ground and ocean freight).
Extensive warehouse management experience.
Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management tools.
Valid passport.
Availability to travel domestically and internationally.
