Rotortrade is looking for a highly organized, proactive and commercially minded Sales Coordinator to support its Latin America commercial activities.
The Sales Coordinator will report directly to the LATAM Regional Head and work closely with the LATAM Sales and Project Management team.
The role will provide day to day commercial and administrative support throughout helicopter sales, acquisitions, leasing and remarketing activities.
The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple transactions and stakeholders simultaneously in an international and fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales transaction support
Provide administrative and commercial support to the LATAM sales team throughout the different stages of aircraft sales, acquisitions, leasing, and remarketing transactions.
Assist with the preparation, coordination, and follow up of commercial and transactional documentation, including Letters of Intent (LOIs), Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Lease Agreements and amendments,



Commercial Proposals, Remarketing Agreements, Business Provider Agreements, NDAs, acceptance and delivery documentation, and other supporting documents.
Maintain and update transaction dossiers, deal schedules, commercial records, and supporting documentation throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Track transaction progress, key deadlines, payments and deposits, pending actions, delivery requirements, and closing documentation.
Coordinate documentation and follow-ups with the LATAM team and other Rotortrade teams involved in the projects, including finance, legal, technical, maintenance facilities, and regional teams worldwide.
Prepare aircraft datasheets, valuations, market comparisons, and other commercial documentation and analysis required to support sales, acquisitions, leasing, and remarketing activities.
