Amazon México is seeking a Site Leader to oversee the Sort Center operations. You will manage a team of Operations and Area Managers, driving safety, productivity and budget adherence while coaching leaders and building leadership bench strength across the site.
You will operate with the company’s Leadership Principles, align long-term planning with 3-, 6-, 12-month goals, and collaborate across HR, Finance, Facilities, and IT to secure resources for initiatives.
