Rockwell Automation is seeking a Manufacturing Intern to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic production environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering, process documentation, production support, and operational excellence projects. The selected candidate will work closely with Manufacturing Engineers to improve processes, maintain production documentation, and contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Your Responsibilities:
Create and update visual aids for production processes.
Develop, standardize, and improve work instructions.
Support Manufacturing Engineers in daily operations and project activities.
Participate in the documentation and analysis of manufacturing processes, including assembly, wiring, and tool utilization.
Assist in implementing improvements to industrial and mechanical processes.
Manage and track Bill of Materials (BOM) changes.
Maintain and update material changes within company systems.
Organize and maintain production routings and work orders.
Collaborate on continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and basic conversational skills).
Minimum of one year remaining before graduation.
Interest in manufacturing, production processes, and continuous improvement.
