You naturally keep up with TikTok and Instagram, know the creators people are talking about, understand memes and digital culture, and have a strong sense of what Mexican Gen Z audiences want to see.

OPPO is looking for a highly creative, trend-aware, and data-driven Social Media Operations Analyst to join our Digital team and help social media presence, community engagement, and content influence.
The adecuado candidate has 3 to 6 years of experience in social media, digital content, or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of Mexican Gen Z culture, digital behavior, social media trends, and content consumption habits.

What You Will Do:
1. Social Media Operations & Growth
Manage the day-to-day operations of OPPO Mexico's social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and Pinterest.
Execute social media strategies focused on driving audience growth,



engagement, reach, and overall platform performance.
Monitor OPPO Mexico's social media activity and identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience engagement.
Conduct ongoing competitive and industry monitoring to identify relevant trends, best practices, and opportunities for differentiation.
Ensure all published content is timely, accurate, engaging, and aligned with OPPO's brand identity and communication strategy.
2. Content Planning & Creation
Plan, develop, and execute localized social media content tailored to the Mexican market, with a strong focus on Gen Z audiences.
Produce at least 2 original high-engagement / social trend-driven posts or videos and 4 photography-focused How-To videos per month, in addition to localized content adapted from global materials.
Independently handle basic video shooting, editing, photography, and social media graphic production.
