We are looking for an experienced and skilled Enterprise Architect to join our organization. The idóneo candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in architecture along with a strong background in implementing Enterprise solutions for Human Resources, Talent Development, Learning and surrounding ecosystem solutions. Additionally, this role demands an individual with experience in solution, integration, and data architecture, combined with a deep understanding of modern technological trends such as generative AI, and cloud architecture. The candidate must have a good knowledge of Hire to Retire and Talent Supply Chain processes.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture solutions that align with the organization's business strategy and objectives.
Lead and oversee major transformation programs, contributing to back-office implementations using Enterprise HCM (Human Capital Management) Workday platform and surrounding ecosys
