About the role
We're looking for a highly organized and communicative Project Manager to help manage marketing projects from brief to delivery. You act as the bridge between the Account Management team — who talks directly with clients — and the internal specialists who do the work. You make sure client requests are clearly briefed, properly assigned, completed on time, and delivered accurately. The adecuado candidate is dependable, clear, and comfortable asking questions, following up on missing information, and making sure every task has what it needs before it's assigned. Great marketing work depends on clear briefs, realistic timelines, and consistent communication — you're the person who makes all three happen.

What you'll do
Serve as the main operational link between Account Managers and internal team members
Review incoming client and Account Manager requests and make sure they're fully briefed before work begins
Identify missing information — unclear instructions, deadlines, assets, or requirements — and follow up with the AM as needed




Assign tasks to the appropriate team members based on project needs, priorities, capacity, and deadlines
Monitor team schedules and workloads daily to keep tasks moving forward on time
Track project progress from start to finish and proactively flag delays, blockers, or risks
Ensure deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and according to the original brief
Coordinate cross-functional work across creative, content, design, paid media, web, and strategy teams
Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders about project status, next steps, and deadlines
Keep project management tools, timelines, task lists, and status updates organized and up to date
Help improve internal processes, workflows, and communication between teams
Support quality control by reviewing work against the brief before it goes back to the Account Manager or client-facing team
