About the Role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join the Enterprise Data Management team and help build revenue-generating enterprise data solutions. In this role, you will leverage SQL Server, SSIS, Python, and Databricks to design, develop, optimize, and maintain scalable data environments that support business-critical operations and analytics.
You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to transform requirements into high-quality data solutions while ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability across database and cloud-based environments.

What You'll Do
Partner with business and technical teams to understand functional and technical requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL stored procedures and functions.
Optimize existing stored procedures, tables, indexes, and database performance.
Troubleshoot, repair, and tune database environments alongside engineering teams.
Review SQL code developed by peers to ensure coding standards and performance best practices.
Develop and maintain SSIS packages for data transformation, cleansing,



aggregation, staging, and transfers.
Support production data loads and ongoing database refresh processes.
Perform data analysis and profiling to support design and development decisions.
Define data flow requirements and maintain system documentation.
Create and execute data validation and unit testing processes to ensure data quality.
Implement enhancements and resolve production issues as needed.
Contribute to scalable cloud-based data solutions utilizing Databricks and modern data platforms.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
3+ years of experience working with relational databases in production environments.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
3+ years of experience building and supporting SSIS packages.
2+ years of experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
