Job Title: Sr. Manual QA Tester
Location :Remote in Mexico
Job Type :Full time

Key Responsibilities:
Execute manual test cases for IVR/IVA systems in Spanish.
Validate voice prompts, menu flows, and responses for accuracy and functionality.
Document test results, report defects, and work with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
Follow structured testing processes and methodologies.
Participate in test case reviews and requirement discussions.
Ensure quality standards are met for both functional and voice interaction aspects.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle and QA best practices.
