Eaton’s IS VEH EMB division is currently seeking a Sr Planner.
Eaton announced, on June 11, 2026, the intent to combine its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) with a new company. We expect to complete this process by the end of the first half of 2027. The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton's plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Mobility Group when the transaction closes, the new company will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
What you’ll do:
This position is responsible for converting customer demand/requirements in SAP to production signals trough a Production Plan. This plan must be aligned to Plant specific goals such as On time delivery, Productivity, Sales, DOH and Past due. This position is the main plant contact for the Customer Service Representative that handles the product families under hers/his planning scope.



This position can act as the planning lead back up and should be abel to assist and provide guidance to other planners in their day to day activities.

Essential Functions:
1 Follow MRP signals to create work orders timely to satisfy customer demand, achieve desired safety stock and maintain work flow on the production line in alignment with the Master Production Schedule.
2 Create and deliver a production plan and sequence to achieve OTD, Sales and Productivity.
3 Communicate and coordinate with product line supervisors/leaders and purchasing teams to ensure schedule attainment and recovery if required
4 Monitor and report to purchasing area material shortages
5 Communicate frequently, proactively with customer service team to meet or exceed customer expectations and maintain up to date backlog status
6 Follow up with production control status of work orders, investigate factors that affect schedules to modify production plan as necessa
