JOB OBJECTIVE
To maximize the operational efficiency and profitability of the medical unit through strategic resource management, inventory and supply chain control, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and excellence in patient care, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Service Excellence: Design and implement strategies focused on optimizing customer experience and satisfaction.
Inventory & Warehouse Management: Oversee stock control, cycle counts, and warehouse organization for medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals; implement inventory control systems to minimize shrinkage, expired stock,



and overstock while ensuring supply continuity.
Operational Readiness & Supply Chain: Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and logistics to ensure seamless unit functionality.
Financial Management: Manage unit P&L;, including cash flow (income/expenses), inventory valuation, and business KPIs to guarantee profitability.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations, including supply storage and handling, strictly adhere to government healthcare regulations and corporate policies.
Human Capital Leadership: Manage and develop administrative, clinical, and warehouse staff, fostering a proactive leadership culture focused on continuous improvement and business goal alignment.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years managing medical clinics, hotels, high-end spas, or wellness centers, with proven experience in inventory/warehouse control a
