About the Role

As a U.S. Customs Support team member, you’ll play an important role in keeping import and export shipments moving smoothly through the customs clearance process. You’ll provide administrative and operational support by coordinating documentation, tracking shipments, following up on pending information, and communicating with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and interested in developing their knowledge of U.S. customs and international trade processes.

What You’ll Do

Support import and export activities by preparing, reviewing, and organizing customs and shipment documentation.

Assist with ISF preparation, customs entry, cargo release, and shipment follow-up.

Track shipments and estimated arrival dates while proactively following up on pending documentation or information.

Communicate with customers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to keep shipments and customs activities moving.





Maintain accurate shipment records and company systems, and assist with basic billing, cost, and operational reporting.

Identify and escalate customs or operational issues while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in logistics, transportation, administration, or customer service is preferred.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-up skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a time-sensitive operational environment.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.

Basic English communication skills and a willingness to learn U.S. customs and import/export processes.
