The Nurse addresses the state of health of individuals in relation to the work environment, in order to achieve the highest degree of physical, mental and social well-being of the population. They take into account the individual characteristics of the worker, the job and the social environment and labor in determining the individuals state.

General Responsibilities

Provides professional nursing services to contribute to the well-being of employees and assists doctors with examinations and treatments.
Administers prescription medications
Supports preventive programs for health care.
Ensures that the required level of inventory, supplies and equipment is maintained.
Participates in meetings and provides notifications of unsafe acts and conditions to leaders, supervisors, medical service, HR, etc.
Participates in internal, cross and external audits of the ESH system.
Provides first aid and pre-medical assistance when necessary.
Maintains the necessary documentation and reporting.




Asissts in activities and events related to safe working conditions and the health protection of employees.

Experience / Qualifications

Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
