* Verify that the material supplied by the warehouse is properly processed.
* Manage and supervise human resources throughout the entire shift.
* Monitor production progress and the flow of Jobs and Kanban.
* Report any irregularities in the processes.
* Ensure the execution of the production schedule released by Production
Control.
* Coordinate with the involved departments to meet production targets and
resolve any issues that may arise.
* Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement and
implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
* Ensure compliance with the area's KPIs.
* Promote and drive compliance with 5S+1 standards within the department.

* Intermediate English
* Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a
related field
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle
* Leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, and negotiation skills

Knowledge:

Required: Knowledge of machining processes for iron and aluminum cast parts, use
of measuring equipment,



blueprint reading and interpretation, knowledge of
cutting tools, lathes, milling machines, and conventional machining equipment

Preferred: Lean Manufacturing knowledge

Required: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Machining area.
