Role Description The Tecnico de Servicios is a full-time, on-site role based in Querétaro, QUE, responsible for supporting the installation, maintenance, and service of building technology and security systems. This role performs routine and preventive maintenance,



conducts diagnostic checks, and completes repairs on electronic security, fire and life safety, and related systems in customer facilities. The technician provides field service, including responding to service calls, troubleshooting issues on-site, and ensuring systems operate according to design and safety standards. Daily activities include documenting work performed, collaborating with project teams, and communicating clearly with customers about system status, recommendations, and next steps. The role also involves following company and customer safety procedures, maintaining tools and test equipment, and contributing to a positive, service-focused team environment.
