The Sr. Systems Engineer - Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) & Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) serves as the site Subject Matter Expert (SME) for digital manufacturing solutions at TE Connectivity Juarez. This role is responsible for designing, deploying,



and optimizing MES and IIoT technologies to drive digital transformation, operational excellence, standardization, and scalability across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Manufacturing & Project Management.
Lead digital factory projects and smart manufacturing initiatives for the Juarez site.
Drive MES deployment, standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement efforts.
Support the development and execution of TE's digital manufacturing strategy.
Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment validation, and application lifecycle support.
MES & IIoT Solutions
Serve as the local Subject Matter Expert for MES and IIoT platforms.
Define and implement machine connectivity strategies using industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, Ethernet, MQTT, and TCP/IP.
Develop and deploy IIoT applications and digital manufacturing solutions.
