About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Associate who can master the full end-to-end scope of the Operations team’s current activities, while also being capable of auditing, reviewing, and performing quality control — freeing up leadership time currently dedicated to these reviews.

This is a role for someone who is highly independent, meticulous, and takes full ownership of the operational details of the business.

What You Will Do
Develop a deep understanding of the company's operating model and ensure that critical processes are executed accurately, consistently and on time.
Work across the full operational lifecycle of our lending business, including client onboarding, KYC, documentation, disbursements, loan system management, reporting and portfolio monitoring.
Be the Quality & Control Layer, by reviewing critical operational outputs,
