Role Description The MES Senior Development Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico.



This position is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions that integrate shop-floor automation with enterprise-level systems. Day-to-day activities include analyzing production requirements, implementing MES functionalities, configuring interfaces with PLCs, SCADA, and other control systems, and performing system testing and validation. The MES Senior Development Engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional engineering teams and client stakeholders to translate process needs into robust software solutions, troubleshoot issues in live environments, and optimize system performance. The role also involves contributing to R&D; initiatives, documenting technical designs, and supporting continuous improvement of MES architecture and standards across projects.
