Role Description
We are looking for a Field Application Engineer to be the primary technical point of contact for clients in the region.
This is a client-facing, hands-on role. You will visit customers on-site, understand their engineering challenges, and recommend the right components and solutions.
You will support the sales team as the technical expert in client conversations rather than acting as the primary salesperson. Your role will be to bridge the gap between engineering and sales,
ensuring customers receive the right technical guidance while the sales team manages the commercial relationship.
Responsibilities
Conduct on-site visits to clients and prospects to provide technical consultation and support
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate electronic components and solutions
Provide technical support to the sales team during client visits and proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering and procurement contacts at key accounts
Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and product recommendations
Represent Zephyr Technologies at client meetings, industry events, and technical reviews
Provide first-level technical support throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with internal engineering teams on component selection and validation
Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic
