To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a HR PMO located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Sr Director, Regional HR Business Partner, the HR PMO role will be responsible for leading and coordinating strategic HR initiatives, transformation programs, and operational projects across a designated region. This role serves as a key partner to HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Centers of Excellence, and business leaders to ensure successful delivery of complex programs that support organizational objectives.

The HR PMO Leader drives governance, project execution, risk management,



stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness across multiple concurrent initiatives, while ensuring consistency with global HR strategies and standards. The role acts as the regional focal point for enterprise-wide HR programs and collaborates closely with Integral HR Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

What a typical day looks like:

Program & Project Leadership

Lead regional HR projects and transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risk assessments, dependency tracking, and governance reporting.
Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders across HR and other corporate functions.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.
