Work you’ll do/Responsibilities




As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.

Service Delivery transformation
Support the documentation and mapping of current-state and future-state business processes across shared services functions (e.g., Finance, Procurement, IT etc).
Create detailed process maps, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) using tools such as Visio.
Identify process gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in the development of business cases for shared services transformation, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations.
