CONTROL THE PRODUCT REALIZATION PROCESS
Ensure shipment of a product which meets the customer requirements, by building according to client specifications.
SHIP DEFECT FREE PRODUCT.
Ensure the product-process control according to the customer specifications.
Define, monitor and evaluate the effectivity of quality plans and practices.
Implementation and follow-up of problem solving thru the usage of lean manufacturing tools and techniques.
Ensure appropriate disposition of Non Conforming material detected.
MANAGE THE CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE ACTION PROCESS
Document and follow-up internal and external corrective actions.
Verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions implemented.
Maintain database for internal and external quality.
COMMUNICATE WITH THE EXTERNAL CUSTOMER
To be to prepare and present information to customer regarding quality issues or to provide response to customer inquiries/ claims.
