Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Solution Architect to help modernize and improve our Order-to-Cash (OTC) technology landscape.

In this role, you will work with a team of Solution Architects to design and support IT solutions aligned with technical roadmaps. You will provide guidance to Architecture and Service Owners and play a key role in delivering projects and system enhancements that meet business needs.

You will be responsible for overseeing OTC systems, supporting end-of-life system transitions, and ensuring smooth integration across supply chain processes. This role also includes providing technical leadership to agile teams of SAP Senior Analysts, as well as working closely with external partners and consultants in a DevOps environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Align OTC system initiatives with the broader IT OTC landscape guided by a leading Architect by creating technical design from functional requirements and user stories.
Taking Leadership of agile teams that group temporarily,



consisting of IT sales or Logistic Execution experts (internal and external to execute technical design, enhance and support the solution to Corning’s and industry standards.
Support the creation and ongoing maintenance of a comprehensive roadmap for sales systems (specifically SAP ECC) to ensure scalability, efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.
Identify and recommend opportunities for enhancement within OTC technologies and processes, emphasizing business value through advanced process mining tools such as SAP Signavio.
Coordinate enhancements with the IT PMO regarding the transition of end-of-life systems, aiming for minimal disruption and the smooth deployment of new solutions.
Collaborate with Project Managers in a technical consultant capacity, serving as a liaison between software vendors and internal IT teams. Build a lively network with subject matter experts inside of Corning.
