Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate disaster recovery drills and tabletop exercises to validate preparedness




Identify critical systems and operations required to sustain business continuity during disruptions
Coordinate and execute DR preparedness exercises across shared environments and platforms
Maintain compliance with standards, regulations, and internal resiliency requirements
Create and deliver reports for leadership on DR preparedness and operational resiliency
Update and maintain documentation to reflect current processes for repeatable execution
Partner with application teams to onboard DR plans into the ServiceNow BCM/BCDR repository
Centralize plan approvals, tracking, and reporting within the DR repository
Communicate status, risks, and dependencies across teams, departments, and divisions
Manage workload and priorities effectively within an agile delivery environment
Participate in PI planning to prioritize and plan BCP-related work
Incorporate leadership feedback to improve personal effectiveness and delivery outcomes
