NAPS is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Support Specialist to support the coordination, preparation, and delivery of audit-related information for external clients and business partners. This role is responsible for receiving and reviewing audit requests, gathering and validating data from multiple departments, monitoring audit progress, and preparing professional audit deliverables and presentations.

The idóneo candidate has experience supporting project audits, strong analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams. Experience working within software or technology-driven organizations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, review, and assess audit requests from external clients and business partners.
Collaborate with Client Engagement and internal stakeholders to define strategies and timelines for fulfilling audit requirements.
Identify data, reports, and supporting documentation required to respond to audit requests.
Coordinate with multiple internal departments to collect,



validate, and consolidate audit-related information.
Monitor audit progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Analyze audit requirements and identify potential data or reporting-related issues.
Prepare clear, accurate, and professional audit presentations and reports for external dissemination.
Ensure audit deliverables meet quality standards, accuracy requirements, and established deadlines.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams that support audit activities.
Develop and improve tools, processes, standardization efforts, and automation initiatives to enhance audit efficiency and consistency.
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
