Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment. Advanced knowledge of English (written and conversational). Experience with quality systems, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8 D, 5 Why, and Fishbone/Ishikawa. Experience with process and product quality improvement. Ability to analyze quality data and develop corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Experience working with SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP. Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, and other departments. Conduct and support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with quality standards. Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
