The role entails leading and supporting the company's Generative AI platform initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting platform services and maintaining documentation to facilitate the utilization of Generative AI across various applications. This position plays a crucial role in advancing the company's AI capabilities and promoting innovation in AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and support activities for the platform engineering team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality deliverables. Manage the team responsible for maintaining platform infrastructure, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize processes, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.



Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Monitor key performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets. Lead hiring, training, and performance evaluation processes for the operations and support team. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in operations management and technical support.
