This requisition represents an excellent opportunity to join the Customer Experience (CX) Finance organization specifically supporting the Americas (AMER) region. CX AMER represents $2B P&L; and drives a significant portion of CX business results. The CX AMER Finance team is looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager with the desire to be a difference-maker, lead change, and shape business and financial strategies for Cisco's CX AMER FP&A; organization.

Your Impact

As a CX AMER FP&A; Finance Manager, you will support the CX AMER monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes including bookings, revenue, COGS, and P&L; plans. You will engage with the AMER Theater Finance Managers, Financial Analysts, and Business / Operations team to develop actuals variances, forecast projections, and key analytics to drive gross margin accuracy. You will socialize and maintain related reporting in partnership with the Sales Finance, CX WW FP&A; Team, and our FP&A; Center of Excellence (CoE). The scope will continue to grow with the needs of CX such as new ARR, CX Portfolio Views,



and new / renew bookings analyses. A successful candidate will have high data integrity, can effectively derive insights from data trends, and help drive Executive communication / collaboration with business partners.

This role is critical to generating the necessary FP&A; support to the CX AMER organization. Additionally, as we are seeking to add headcount to help bolster our Finance and reporting capabilities, scope and responsibilities can change. This role is critically important as accurate information will drive good business conversations and Executive decision-making.
