Key Responsibilities：
1. Contract Management & Risk Control
Review, revise and negotiate all plant legal documents, focusing on commercial contracts, procurement agreements, manufacturing cooperation and supply chain transactions. Standardize localized legal templates, optimize contract approval workflows, and implement systematic legal control measures to mitigate operational, commercial and cross-border risks.

2. Labor & Employment Compliance
Oversee full-spectrum workplace compliance in strict accordance with the Mexican Federal Labor Law. Independently handle labor disputes, collective bargaining risks, work injury settlement, social insurance (IMSS) compliance, overtime and salary structure management. Maintain stable communication and official liaison with local labor authorities and government institutions for inspections, inquiries and regulatory filings.

3.Commercial & Data Protection Compliance
Ensure comprehensive factory compliance with Mexican federal regulations, including LFPDPPP data privacy law, customs legal supervision, import/export legal policies,



and USMCA cross-border trade & certificate of origin compliance requirements. Fully support external factory audits, customs verification and governmental inspections.

4. Dispute Resolution & External Affairs
Manage commercial disputes, supplier breach incidents, contractual claims, debt recovery and minor litigation matters. Coordinate closely with local external law firms, government bureaus and third-party legal counsel to fully protect and maximize the company’s legitimate legal interests.

5. Legal System Localization & Reporting
Localize and implement China headquarters’ legal strategies and compliance frameworks to adapt to Mexico local manufacturing scenarios. Conduct regular legal compliance training for internal functional teams, summarize daily legal risks, and submit standardized periodic compliance reports to China headquarters.Maintain filing records and ledgers for all legal documents
