Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain PLC software for EOL systems.
Implement and troubleshoot ACS ↔ PLC ↔ PC communication.
Develop and support LabVIEW-based test automation applications.
Configure industrial communication protocols (OPC UA, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP).
Support FAT, SAT, commissioning, and production ramp-up.
Prepare technical documentation and validation reports.
Ensure compliance with CE, UKCA, ISO *****, IEC *****, and IEC ***** requirements.
Must-Have Skills
5–8 years in Industrial Automation / PLC Programming.
Strong experience in Siemens TIA Portal (preferred), Allen Bradley, or Beckhoff.
Hands-on LabVIEW development and test automation.
Experience with ACS systems and machine integration.
Knowledge of industrial networking and communication protocols.
Safety PLC and machine safety implementation experience.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
Functional Safety certification is an advantage.
Experience in manufacturing/EOL testing environments.
