AVI-SPL México is seeking an HR Specialist to manage day-to-day human resources operations, focusing on the employee lifecycle and multi-country payroll across Mexico and South America. The role can be based in Monterrey, Mexico or Buenos Aires, Argentina.
You will report to the Regional Human Resources Manager and work with local HR, Finance and Payroll teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliant HR processes in a fast-paced environment.
