TPI Composites in Juárez, Mexico, seeks an experienced leader to head the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team and drive the plant's technology agenda for finishing operations.
You will identify, develop and industrialize optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes for composite finishing, lead technology down-selection, validation and hand-off to Production, and mentor engineers to deliver safety, quality and productivity improvements.
