Fortune Fashions Baja / Mad Engine Integral is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead our high-volume manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on screen printing, production performance, capacity, quality, cost, and continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end plant & screen-printing operations

Improve operational efficiency through Lean & continuous improvement

Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges

- 5-8+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience
- Leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing
- High-volume screen printing experience strongly preferred
- Strong production & capacity planning and KPI management expertise
- English/Spanish bilingual skills required
- RELOCATION REQUIREMENT: This position is 100% on-site in Ensenada, Mexico. Candidates must be willing and able to relocate to Ensenada for this opportunity.
