Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support Quality Auditors to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Lead COPQ reduction and continuous improvement projects.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.




- Analyze quality data and drive defect reduction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Ford and customer-specific requirements.
- Track quality KPIs and support achievement of customer SCR targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, APQP, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
