- Perform the project accounting process in Genius in collaboration with the Financial Controller.
- Set up and maintain new mold projects, contract modifications and maintenance requests
- Track budgets, costs and work in progress
- Close projects and contribute to margin analysis

- Prepare and send customer invoices

- Prepare customer statements, track invoices, support collections and follow up

- Contribute to month-end close tasks
- Perform project-related entries
- Prepare files for revenue recognition, month-end reporting and financial statement preparation

- Participate and contribute to the ERP transition

- Perform project, customer and balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies





- Contribute to process documentation and knowledge sharing to strengthen the Finance department
